BIRD AND BUTTERFLY PARK

I took the kids to the local mall and we were happy to find that our local Bird Park had a small exhibition there to encourage everyone to visit:

Rose-breasted Galah and cockatoos.

When we saw the Mandarin ducks, the children asked if the birds only understand 'mandarin'..

The kids posing with the birds.

We made it to the Butterfly Park, a place I wanted to go for a long time. Surprisingly, all butterflies and even this dragonflies are not afraid of people.  So, here's sharing some of the pictures.

See you all soon :P

  9. Butterflies are hard to photograph well because they often close their wings. Great job! and I love the photo of the kids with all the birds. Wow!

It's good to see you again. It's good to see you didn't quit blogging. I know how it is, I slipped into a 1 month off from blogging without meaning to as well.

  15. Bonjour dearest Mkate, i haven't been to visit you for a long time, my blog was upset and didn't work properly, I intend to post more often, if I'm not too lazy. I, too love to go to the bird park and butterfly farm once a year with Jacques and Nicolas, they love these two parks. I have to say that last time at the butterfly farm ther was a green snake in a small tree by the alley, ha ha, the driver was more scared than the 3 of us!
